Babe Fitness by France – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the expectations, commitments, and responsibilities of clients (“Client”) who engage in services provided by Boss Babe Fitness by France (“Coach/France Price”). By enrolling in any program or service, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Online Coaching
- A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required for online coaching.
- After the initial commitment period, a thirty (30) day paid notice is required for cancellation, whether or not the Client chooses to utilize the notice period.
- Payment is due no later than the 5th of each month. Invoices are issued at the end of the preceding month. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until the account is settled.
- Check-ins are compulsory (weekly or bi-weekly as agreed). Failure to check in will result in no program or nutrition updates until the next completed check-in.
- Training programs and nutrition plans are confidential and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.
- The Client acknowledges that results are dependent on adherence to the plan. Lack of compliance may hinder progress.
- Progress photos may be used for marketing purposes only with written Client consent.
Personal Training
- A thirty (30) day paid notice is required for cancellation of personal training, regardless of whether the notice period is utilized.
- All personal training sessions are conducted exclusively at: Wayne’s Gym, 2025 Gordon Hood Road, Centurion Central.
- Sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the same month they are scheduled. Unused sessions cannot be rolled over.
- Cancellations & No-Shows:

- Client cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited and marked as used.
If the Coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled or credited on the next invoice.
- 2.5 Payment is due no later than the 5th of each month, with invoices issued at the end of the preceding month. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of training.
- 2.6 Training programs and nutrition plans are confidential and may not be shared.
- 2.7 Progress photos may be shared only with Client consent.
Competition Preparation
- By enrolling in Competition Prep, the Client acknowledges that France Price is an affiliated
coach with IFBB SA, BBSA, and IFBB International.
- The Client agrees to compete exclusively in IFBB SA-sanctioned events during the
coaching period.
- Competition Prep athletes are required to sign an additional Competition Coaching
Agreement, detailing stage commitments, fees, and athlete responsibilities.
- Payment terms: Monthly payments are due no later than the 5th of each month. Invoices
are issued at the end of the preceding month. Late or missed payments may result in
suspension of services.
- Training programs and nutrition plans are confidential and must not be shared.
- Progress photos may be used for marketing purposes only with written Client consent.
General Terms (Apply to All Services)
- Confidentiality: All training programs, nutrition plans, and resources provided by the Coach
remain the intellectual property of Boss Babe Fitness by France and may not be shared, copied,
or distributed.
- Notice of Termination: A minimum of thirty (30) days paid notice is required to terminate
any service (online coaching, personal training, or competition prep). Whether the Client
chooses to utilize the services during the notice period or not, payment remains due.
- Health Disclaimer: The Client acknowledges that they are physically fit to participate in
exercise and nutrition programs. The Coach is not liable for injuries, health conditions, or
adverse reactions resulting from training or nutrition plans. Clients are advised to consult with
their medical practitioner prior to beginning any program.
- Liability: The Client accepts full responsibility for their participation and agrees that the
Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or injuries sustained while following
programs or attending sessions.
- Payment: All payments are due no later than the 5th of each month. Services are nonrefundable.Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in suspension or termination
of services.
